「Have been going to the Flamingo before it was purchased by Hilton. Hilton did a nice job on the rebuild after hurricane Irma. Room was clean except floor always had sand on it. Staff did bare minimum on checkin, checkout. They did not share much information unless asked. On check out they stated we had an outstanding charge from the restaurant. 「My stay at Mary's Boon was ok. I do not like dogs and so the presence of the dogs was not pleasant for me. The resort itself is nice but I did not like the access road to it. The staff was generally pleasant and helpful. They arranged a taxi pick-up to take me to the airport upon request. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and just a few minutes from the airport. You can literally watch and hear the planes take off. My room which was downstairs was comfortable but sandy....

「The room was clean and comfortable. The beach is accessible and clean and nice. Not much to do in the actual hotel but the location is great to get to everything. The one younger woman that works the front desk isn’t so pleasant and you almost feel like you’re a bother to her. But the older woman and young man are pleasant and helpful. I would recommend it for a stay if you’re an independent traveller and not looking for much amenities in a hotel.」

「On first impression it was beautiful to walk into and everything set in place. Staff were accommodating except I felt certain things were misunderstood. Upon arrival we had booked for 3 yet room was set up for two and requesting for additional toiletries for our 3rd guest was a back and forth challenge because first line of communication was AI on WhatsApp which we were not aware of. Secondly, the open shower concept was not ideal as water ended up pooling and getting all over the bathroom...
