"We can’t say enough about Mullet Bay Suites and the amazing service. Firstly the property is fantastic and the units are like renting a high-end private condo for your stay rather than a cookie-cutter hotel. You can personalize your experience for those that prefer more independence to those that want a full-service hotel experience. The building and the units are clean, modern, safe and have everything you could need for your stay including great touches like portable beach chairs and umbrellas. The location could not be better for those that want to balance the best of St. Maarten’s beaches (Mullet Bay Beach is the best public beach we have visited in the world) while also offering local dining, supermarkets and destinations reachable by foot. Cupecoy is away from the bright touristy lights of Maho or Philipsburg yet easy to reach. But what sets Mullet Bay Suites apart is the customer service. The manager Emmanuel took a good vacation and made it great. A friendly, warm and charming man who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was a quick text message away, any time we had a question. Great people make all the difference in the travel industry and Emmanuel is an example of how to excel. Add in the amazing support staff that work with the property - especially Cyril, the manager of the pool bar where you enjoy a terrific daily breakfast - and you have everything you need in a vacation property. We will return as soon as possible."

"The space was clean and bright - every room had an ocean view. Third bathroom / powder room was a nice flexible feature. There were some issues with the washer, but the views exceeded expectations to overcome small nuisances. The beds were comfortable. Proximity the beach was awesome. We drove around the island: indigo beach was picturesque, oyster pond quaint, coco beachbar at orient bay was fun. Candidly, mullet bay is the best beach. The unit was close to shopping and restaurants. Desk was friendly. Gym and pool checked the box. Security was felt. I’ve already told others that this was the place to stay and highly recommend. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. St. Maarten overall is absolutely beautiful! It was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. We stayed at the Sonesta Ocean Point View - Adult Only, which was the best decision! It was more peaceful, the rooms were nicer & spacious, and we enjoyed the Adult Only restaurants. We loved that we had access to everything!! We definitely believe paying extra to be on the Adult-Only side is 100% worth it! The Staff members greeted us upon arrival, they gave us a welcome drink, we checked-in early for free, had no issues checking-in and checking-out, there were no additional fees besides the security deposit hold ($50 per night of stay and you get it back with no incidents / damage)! The amenities, food, drinks, and entertainment were also great! We highly recommend their Spa. The Ocean front couples massage and classic facial was a 10 out of 10 experience! The Spa Staff is amazing!!! Our only con was: Front desk staff & restaurant staff members energy level is kind of mid. They didn’t have high energy, smile, nor engage from time to time. I also highly recommend getting a private taxi driver before your trip, it made everything super smooth for us! Overall, we loved it and would go back! Thank you Expedia!"

"The Cliff is beautiful and our stay was very pleasant. Staff was extremely friendly. Neighborhood was very safe. The only issue we had was on our last night with one of the bedroom air conditioning units, but it is an island and things happen. I would recommend staying as the views, property, and staff are very welcoming. "
