「主人熱情好客，可以提供各種旅遊景點、餐廳、停車場等訊息。飯店本身就臨近 Simpson Bay 海灘，如果不想跑遠的話，飯店有提供免費的沙灘椅 & 陽傘。在聖馬丁島最重要的就是沙灘行程，飯店基本上隨時準備 4 條以上的乾淨沙灘巾在房內，隨時出去玩回來都可以換用，非常貼心。」

「It’s quirky, but a good value. Most of staff seemed unhappy. Food was very good. Construction at a standstill. Bikes were great to have to get some provisions on welfare Ed. $7 for a bottle of water at property, and they advise not to drink the tap water. It’s a 3 star hotel, so don’t expect the Ritz. 」

「Staff were friendly but not exceedingly helpful. Someone could have taken 2 minutes to show us to our room. Instead we struggled to find the place in the rain. Also, when we entered the room we noticed a message that they would fumigate room next day and we climbed to have that done. The property should do that when place is vacant. 「It feels like management/ownership is leaving the staff out to dry. One day they had a pipe leak and we couldn’t get any hot water. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work because it wasn’t hooked up and never did get hooked up. Had to TRY and get ice every morning. Apparently ice is like gold there. The room was good and we had a nice view of the ocean. There were a bunch of little things that just added up turn our stay into an average one.」
