「Our experience here was exemplary. Jennifer and Austin at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, funny and very helpful. 「My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. 「Loved staying at the Kenley. The staff was so helpful getting us a later check out due to the Ironman. We loved having cold bottled waters in the fridge available to us when we were coming and going. Also cookies always out and fruit infused waters! The location is super convenient. I’d say the only thing that was a little inconvenient was the queen bunkbeds in the rooms. I’d say unless you have kids the bunk bed situation is not ideal but I understand the space saving element in a big city and...
