"The rooms are immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially the housekeepers, are friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet can be a little chaotic because of the number of guests, but the restaurant staff handle the crowds quite well. Afternoon tea and a light supper at the Bloom and Brew cafe were very enjoyable. Lastly, the location of this hotel, between two BTS stations and adjacent to the Royal Bangkok Sports Club is perfect."

The check in staff however was outstanding and honestly would book again because of the front desk staff anything we needed or address happened before I could hang up the phone.
