「只可說這是一間新酒店，房間新但不算豪華，酒店設施泳池健身室是很好的。早餐很豐富，食物選擇多，但作為這麼多房間的酒店，巳我是平日到達的，居然比一間尾房給我，真心覺得不高興，到第2日早晨房間洗頭盤居居然漏水，搞到成個地下濕晒，作為一間新酒店，感覺設施維護比較差，只可以說這間酒店。如果是喜歡游泳泳池是絕對是一流的。地理位置近四面佛」

「My first stay at the hotel was in 1993 and it still looks as majestic and beautiful as it did then Great and caring arrive from the Receptionist who arranged a room for me despite arriving at 9am, way before check-in time. The pool area is still amazingly tranquil and calm. Highly recommend the hotel for luxury, value, service and most important is the super convenient location.」

「I booked a 4-night stay in a Deluxe Suite under single occupancy, as my partner was unable to join me at the time of booking. At the last minute my partner could join 3 of the 4 nights. I attempted to notify the property, but it repeatedly led to an error page. As a result, I informed the front desk in person upon check-in. At check-in, I clearly explained that an additional guest would be staying for the latter three nights. I was told that there would be an extra charge for breakfast, which...

「1. 房間非常大，我是一個人入住5天，每日客房都整理的非常乾淨整潔，感謝每日辛苦的清潔阿姨，千萬不要吝嗇要給床頭小費，如果入住超過3天，床頭上附贈的泰迪熊可以免費拿取。 2. 免費的早餐非常豐富，有現煎4種雞蛋可供選擇，現場的服務人員每一位都彬彬有禮面帶微笑。 3. 飯店位置很好，周圍有3間7-11，要買什麼東西都有，往空鐵方向走，右側有美食商場，裡面有非常多家餐廳可供選擇，2F 有間海鮮餐廳非常棒，價格也很實惠。 4. 鄰近四面佛、BIG C、CentralWorld、NaNa Plaza .... 非常好逛，BIG C 2F 大賣場，裡面是各種泰式伴手禮非常好買。」
