Beautiful. Beautiful hotel! The staff were great instantly treated us with hospitality. When we first arrived instead of standing in line we were greeted and told to sit down. We signed the paperwork at the table and got our room keys. The pool was our kids’ favorite, and the beautiful sunset views. The morning breakfast was fantastic they have all different options. We fell in love and ended up coming back to stay the last 3 nights of our vacation. We are definitely planning our next trip back to Bangkok already.

What a gorgeous hotel! It’s either brand new or recently renovated because everything was sparkling new and excellent quality. The 50m pool on the 35th floor was special, the views were amazing. The staff were all phenomenal. We loved every second of our stay and honestly enjoyed just staying in the hotel grounds. The cafe on the ground floor did the nicest cheese ham and tomato Toastie I’ve ever had. The brass bar on the roof was GORGEOUS, and the live music was such an unexpected touch - loved it. Had a divine curry there as well. Wow just amazing. Best hotel we stayed in on our 5 months travelling trip

We had a wonderful and luxurious stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully designed, very clean, and offered an impressive city view that made the stay feel even more special. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and truly comfortable. The location is outstanding, with major shopping malls and transportation just a short walk away. The facilities were also excellent — especially the stunning swimming pool with panoramic skyline views, a perfect spot to relax. Staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel delivers an exceptional blend of luxury, convenience, and unforgettable views. We would be happy to return.

This hotel should be closed by health inspection and Ms. Prawi, the GM of this hotel should be fired for her inability to run a hotel of this size, telling lies and not addressing health code issues and maintenance issues immediately. She is by far the most under qualified person to run a large hotel and not sure what Grande Centre Point was thinking to put her in charge of their flagship hotel. The F&B department is a disaster from endless waiting lines at breakfast, a worse than night market hygiene at the buffets and a staff unable to handle the basic operations attached to running a restaurant. Room service staff making pictures in your room when delivering food while clearly asking not do so as my partner was sleeping in bed but they forced me to turn the lights on and take a picture. Food delivered cold and no idea if something comes with a side dish or not , so you end up ordering extra fries while it already was served with fries. Massively leaking bathrooms, only trainees operating the front desk . Duty managers lying and weeks after staying they still charge items to my credit card which I didn’t sign for and need to be disputed. I stayed over 30 nights in the past two years at GCP hotels with no problems what so ever. Ms. Prawi needs to be fired immediately for her incompetence and as an owner of a five star hotel myself I don’t say this lightly. I own a five star hotel and would be ashamed if someone like Ms.Prawi was leading my hotel and destroying my brand!
