"Let's start from the bottom line - this is an excellent hotel! Its staff is great and constantly makes you feel like you are the most important and special guest, its location is excellent - right next to Siam Station, which is a short golf cart ride (a hotel service) from the hotel. The room was connected to the lounge on floor 32, which was a great experience in itself, the breakfast is crazy!!! The room is sparkling clean and every evening a little surprise was waiting for us on the bed. In short - a must try!"

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The entire property felt fresh and organized, making our stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok. Highly recommended! "
