"最新の設備のホテルとは違いますが、海外旅行初心者、英語も、タイ語も話せない私達家族を温かく迎えてくれました。近くの朝市を案内してくれたりタクシーを手配してくれたり、船着き場まで案内してくれたり。場所的には駅から結構歩くので体力のない方はお宿で手配して頂くか、グラブタクシーアプリ等でタクシー等を上手く利用された方が快適かと思います。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれますし、空港までの、タクシーの手配もお願いしました。荷物の引取にホテルに戻ると汗だくの私達にシャワーを使わせてくださり、差し入れまで下さいました。エレベーターはありません。初めてゲストハウス的な宿を利用しましたので勝手がわからずドキドキしましたが、楽しかったです！ありがとうございました！"

"My stay for 1 night at Asia Hotel was great. The receptionist was awesome! Sorry i dont know his name but he arranged an early check in for me. I was very pleased and thankful. The only thing i didnt like was that my superior room didnt include a kettle."

"Room was clean. We arrived early and our room wasnt ready yet but they safely kept our luggages while we went out to explore the area. Steps away from malls and transit which is so convenient. Having 7-11 at lobby was so convenient as well. Delicious breakfast and they switch some menus on different day, there are a lot of food options which is amazing. We were able to access the pool in 26th floor for a fee that is consumble with delicious and well-portioned food and drinks, it was very well worth it! Only bad comment I have is our shower guard has a gap so water keeps seeping through it and we have a puddle by the toilet side. Will recommend this hotel and book here again when we go back to Bangkok."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel because of the unsafe room layout. The refrigerator was placed under the cosmetic/dressing table, in a position where it was easy to accidentally hit or damage personal belongings. Because of this setup, my Samsung Flip phone’s touch screen was damaged. I now need to repair the phone, and the repair cost is 9,000 baht. I believe the hotel should review this room arrangement, as placing the refrigerator under the cosmetic table creates a risk for guests’ belongings. This incident caused me unnecessary stress and additional cost during my trip. I hope the hotel management will take responsibility, improve the room setup, and provide a fair response regarding the damage caused."
