"最新の設備のホテルとは違いますが、海外旅行初心者、英語も、タイ語も話せない私達家族を温かく迎えてくれました。近くの朝市を案内してくれたりタクシーを手配してくれたり、船着き場まで案内してくれたり。場所的には駅から結構歩くので体力のない方はお宿で手配して頂くか、グラブタクシーアプリ等でタクシー等を上手く利用された方が快適かと思います。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれますし、空港までの、タクシーの手配もお願いしました。荷物の引取にホテルに戻ると汗だくの私達にシャワーを使わせてくださり、差し入れまで下さいました。エレベーターはありません。初めてゲストハウス的な宿を利用しましたので勝手がわからずドキドキしましたが、楽しかったです！ありがとうございました！"

"Our stay at the Evergreen Place Siam was good. The hotel is tucked away off a small street and is fairly quiet. Very conveniently located to the BTS train, a 2 minute walk to 7-11 with quite a few other ones that are 5 minute walks away. The location of this hotel is generally just great and probably one of the best reasons id recommend this place. The room we got was very spacious for 4 people. 2bdrms with 2 washrooms and a kitchen. The only critique i would have for the hotel is that the room did seem a bit dated and our AC had a minor leaking issue but that was addressed immediately once i told the front desk. Other than the older room aesthetic and leaking AC, this hotel is great, spacious and clean, and very helpful nice staff."

"Hotel is excellent to connect to AirPort Express . Nothing much to do in hotel area besides one small local restaurant and a very small Japanese restaurant opposite hotel ( Japanese place had some live music the evening we passed by it ) . Hotel staff is very friendly , rooms are nice and comfortable , pool is fun and breakfast is out of this world ."

"I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning. The room was clean. I only had one small dislike regarding the bathtub. There was visible mildew that was caulked. It wasn't a whole lot, but it was visible and that gave the bathroom a slightly downgraded experience for me. But because the rest of the room was very neat and clean, I did not bring it up to staff nor did I ask for a different room. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and plan to do so during another visit."

"We had an excellent stay at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel. The location simply couldn’t be better—being directly connected to MBK Mall made everything so convenient, with countless restaurants, cafés, and shopping options just steps away. It was also easy to get around Bangkok thanks to the nearby BTS station. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The pool was fantastic—large, beautiful, and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Excellent location, great facilities, spacious rooms, and outstanding convenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok."

"Everything is best about the hotel EXCEPT in-room dining experience. No halal options for muslims indicated in the menu and 2 out of 5 menu items under Arabic specialities were out of stock during my 5-days trip. For in-room breakfast delivery, the staff never followed my instructions completely. Sometimes white toasts were completely burnt and sometimes they were cut in half, against my instructions. I specifically ordered only strawberry jam bottles but they would again bring one small bottle of strawberry jam and three other jam flavors which I did not like. Once they did not bring sugar sachets with tea. The in-room dining menu needs much improvement and food delivery staff need to check that all customer order has been checked as per instructions before delivering to the room."
