The property was nice with all the facilities as expected. Although it is a budget-friendly place, the staff attitude and service could be improved. Not expecting a 5-star hotel service, but just something more normal instead of being told that I cannot do this and I cannot do that. I understand the need to maintain order and a system but just be a bit more humane would be good.

When we arrived we were greeted nicely and attended well. The room we got was amazing with a nice view of the city. Sadly our experience did not end well and will make us think twice of going there. I had my period the night before we left and when they sent someone to inspect the room they literally grabbed the bed sheet and went to the front desk and showed them the blood stain IN FRONT OF ALL THE GUEST WAITING TO BE ATTENDED! I was so embarrassed and upset and felt the person who did the inspection was trying to humiliate me in front of the guest She was rude and stretched the sheet out in plain sight showing the blood stain. I truly hope you can work better in your customer service or train your staff to be more sensitive in these situations.

this was my second time to stay. better than last time because price included breakfast and free coffee all day. the location is near BTS. and also can walk to MBK, Siam center, and Central world wthin half hours about. BUS no.15 to many famous places and no.73 to China town. next time still choose that if i go to Bankok again.

Love this Hostel. I booked myself to the capsule "room" to experience it. Well , I must say it is an experience. It comes with a locker to secure your belong in the capsule room. The capsule rooms are arranged in 4 upper rooms and 4 lower rooms with shoe cabinet according to the room numbers. The Whole Room is air con and each capsule come with a fan if need. Curtain blind for privacy and power sockets are available in each capsule. Shower gel and shampoo is provide in the shower room with hairdryer. Overall very pleasant stay.

Hôtel agréable pour se reposer, mais pas plus de 2 jours. Propre et calme, sans ambiance. Les sourires sont difficiles chez certaines personnes du personnel. Pas de piscine, dommage car la chaleur de Bangkok peut-être étouffante. Quartier avec très peu de touristes malgré sa position en centre-ville. J'ai réservé 3 nuits en capsule et 3 nuits en chambre sans douche, à mon arrivée chez demandé à changé pour passer directement à la chambre sans douche et donc annuler la capsule que je devais payer sur place, la gérante m'a facturé 1200baths la nuit, elle m'a donc fait payé la capsule et la chambre en même temps. Ce n'est pas très commerciale de sa part. Payé sans dormir dans la capsule, 3 nuits, c'est exagéré. Dommage. Je n'y retournerai sûrement plus. Sinon personnel de ménage et d'accueil très reactifs.

Auberge très propre et pas loin du métro

Auberge de jeunesse très propre. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Bien situé par rapport à la ligne de métro mais il n’y a pas grand chose à voir et à faire dans le quartier....Petit déjeuner offert pendant notre séjour. Basique mais c'était suffisant. On a bien apprécié aussi le café et le thé mis à disposition avec des petits biscuits. On recommande dans l’ensemble pour le rapport qualité/prix.

始めてのホステルでバンコクということもあり、 衛生面はとても気にして居ましたが、 言い分なしでした！とても清潔で従業員もフレンドリーです。ランドリーは一台、シャワーの水圧は弱くそこが難点ですが、安くて立地が良かったのでまた泊まりたいと思います。

Would definitely recommend and stay again. The hostel seems to be new, it was in perfect condition and super clean. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, and it's quiet. The staff doesn't speak a whole lot of English but they are very nice :) The breakfast is basic but has the essentials to get you going. Only cons are not a whole lot to do past 9pm in the area, and many stairs.

Perfektes Hostel in Bangkok

Neues Hostel, das auch Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad anbietet. Wir hatten ein extrem sauber und schön eingerichtetes grosses Doppelzimmer mit 2 kostenlosen Wasserflaschen am Tag. Ein einfaches Frühstück (Toast, Marmelade, Butter, Mandarinen) plus einer Kaffee- (Kaffeevollautomat) und Getränke-Flatrate (Pepsi und 7up) für 50 Bath am Tag gab es bei unserem Besuch im April als Promotion. Personal war sehr freundlich und wir konnten am Abreisetag noch bis abends die Flatrate und den Aufenthaltsbereich nutzen und suf under Gepäck wurde auch aufgepasst. Auch die Lage ist klasse, gleich neben dem National Stadium mit BTS Anschluss und zu den grossen Einkaufszentren ist man in max. 10 Minuten gelaufen. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Tesco Supermarkt mit guten Foodcourt im 1 Stock. Preise für ein Essen liegt dort bei ca 60 Bath.
