"My husband and I stayed at Pathumwan Princess hotel for 13 nights on our recent visit to Bangkok, and it was an excellent stay. The hotel is excellently situated, it has direct access to the MBK mall on the ground and 2nd floors, thus letting us avoid the heat and humidity of Bangkok. The National Stadium BTS station is just a 10 min walk through MBK. From there, it’s just a quick and easy ride to the major tourist attractions and the other major BKK malls. About the hotel itself, it is a very nice place. The common areas are very modern and clean. We very much enjoyed daily breakfast at Citi Bistro restaurant every morning. There was an excellent variety of Asian and Western foods, from Asian rice porridge to French croissants, hot soy milk to Latte coffee. And they changed the variety every day. As part of the package we had, my husband and I had daily access to the club lounge. We took the opportunity to relax there every evening, to enjoy the hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and other spirits. The service and attention were of the best quality. We had the one bedroom premier suite king, and we loved it. We had butler service daily. The minibar was replenished daily. The room was very spacious with soundproof windows. The bathroom was pretty large with a tub for relaxing. And we loved the sitting area. It was an excellent place away from home. My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay at Pathumwan Princess hotel, and hight recommend it. We definitively would stay there again."

"This is not my first time visiting Bangkok but is my first time staying in Amari. First of all, the check in process was super frustrated for all of us. I booked 2 x 1 apartment for 2 rooms and 1 individual room."

"At check in we were given the room we asked for. The 2 bedroom suite was clean as always. Breakfast is not so varied or tasty but some requests are granted, and staff there are helpfull and friendly. Bellboys always helpful and cleaners are friendly. Some reception staff not good with English and did cause an 800 BHT Booked airport Taxi confusion which nearly may have caused missing our very early morning flight which was distressing and after pointing out the problem, reception finally managed help to arrange another taxi. The hotel is close to BTS and shopping complexes."

"This hotel was beyond exceptional from the beautiful room and bathroom to the huge variety offered at breakfast. Not to mention the decor all over the hotel from lobby to restaurants to pools were stunning. Service was impeccable and quick! Although hotel food room service prices are always obviously higher than say outside on street, well worth the price for a late night mango sticky rice dish. Warm soft rice with ripe mangos! I would return here again and again!"
