"Staff were excellent. The pool is murky and needs cleaning. Some of the flooring around the pool is loose and is safety hazard. The lift needs maintenance and the doors are not aligned properly. Directional signs are needed inside the lift and parking. Food is excellent and cleanness is good"

"The best value for your money. Absolutely no hotel can beat this place in Addis. This would be a 5 STAR hotel if it was located on the main street. Friendly staff, Great breakfast, super clean rooms, comfortable beds, walking distance to authentic restaurants and cafe's. I have stayed for 5 nights and now I am extending my stay."

"Cockroaches and other bugs in the room and the bathroom/toilet. No pest or insect control. It was warm and sometimes hot. No portable fans available as there is no air conditioning in the hotel. Staff is ok but do not speak much English. A lot of maintenance is required as many things are missing from rooms such as hair dryer etc. "
