「VERY friendly staff. I stayed 3 weeks had no complaints except for occasional very minor glitches … normal for that duration. Those were addressed instantly. Room soon felt like a comfortable and familiar “nest” in Addis. Two restaurants were better than most external restaurants. Recommend.」

「The hotel manager is extremely helpful and the staff are all very friendly The restaurant was very good open long hours The room was clean and comfortable The hotel has a basement garage so when it is raining it was really nice to drop off and keep dry when raining Airport shuttle was great!!」
