「Excellent customer service food relatively good compared with other "5 star" hotels that i have been throughout my staying in ethiopia, but it's a bit far to go to. Other than that 10/10」

「Holiday Hotel is a hidden jewel. The hotel is located centrally in Addis Ababa. The staff treat you as family. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. The food at restaurant is delicious. The room was elegant with modern amenities such as large tv and WiFi. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend Holiday Hotel.」

「There is no water to drink in the room we had to asked they gave us 2 bottles of water. The towels are very bad smells and look dirty. Other than that everything was good. 」

「The rooms at Zmama were nice! Overall, good hotel. Downsides were that there was very loud music outside on the street playing at all hours. Also, during the day we stayed there, we received three phone calls. I understand that during the day they wouldn't have known we were trying to sleep, but it was fairly disruptive. With that said, the staff was very friendly!」
