"We had not stayed at this property for almost 5 years and were so pleasantly surprised when we returned. It was even better than before and the area around the hotel has been totally transformed. Everything is an excellent condition. The staff are amazing! The property is very clean and it’s very quiet and comfortable. "VERY friendly staff. I stayed 3 weeks had no complaints except for occasional very minor glitches … normal for that duration. Those were addressed instantly. Room soon felt like a comfortable and familiar “nest” in Addis. Two restaurants were better than most external restaurants. Recommend."
