Although the hotel is listed as non-smoking, there were guests smoking inside. This was very disappointing and created an unhealthy environment, especially for my children. I kindly ask that you take stronger measures to enforce the no-smoking policy to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for families.

I like the hotel cleaning and which I don’t like is the tv don’t work at that time and not enough tea bag and coffee have and I ordered the staff to fix the tv and to bring same tea bag and coffee but they are not.
