「Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the...

「This is a very convenient option for travelers staying overnight or for a few hours at the airport. We had 2 rooms booked for an overnight connection. Check in around 9 PM, and leaving around 7:00 AM the next morning. We were looking forward to a good nights sleep and a hot shower. We got neither. 1. No hot water. I mean zero. 5 minutes after we checked in, we receive a phone call from the front desk stating that there is no hot water. Why the heck did they not tell us while we were checking in?...

「I’ve stayed here several times for more than a week at a time over the years because I need to be in this particular area. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the price, it is great. The rooms are as pictured in the photos. Simple, but always clean and the staff are extremely nice. As with much of Addis, the area around it is changing/developing dramatically. If you need to be in the Arada or Amist Kilo area, I’d stay here.」
