「It is a terrible Hotel. when I got the deal it was including breakfast and Airport shuttle service but I didn't get both. they deny me both. They are scam. The room they gave me bathroom is very bad. Mold in the shower and the toilet is moving and backup smell bad gives me headache. I don't recommend it to anyone.」

「Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the...

「The spa is good, but I have two comments. The jacuzzi was not clean, and there are no stairs or anything to help you get in and out of the jacuzzi, which led to my friend falling and it was scary. Other than that, everything is good. I didn’t get to see anything else because there was no light.」

「This is a run down, filthy hotel not fit for a stay at any level. It was likely not updated in the last 20 years. The hotel really should be demolished. I left a day early and went to another hotel. This hotel was over 70 dollars per night, more expensive than most hotels. Any positive reviews out there must be from many years ago or they're not authentic. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.」
