「Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the...

「This is a very convenient option for travelers staying overnight or for a few hours at the airport. We had 2 rooms booked for an overnight connection. Check in around 9 PM, and leaving around 7:00 AM the next morning. We were looking forward to a good nights sleep and a hot shower. We got neither. 1. No hot water. I mean zero. 5 minutes after we checked in, we receive a phone call from the front desk stating that there is no hot water. Why the heck did they not tell us while we were checking in?...

「We stayed on the 6th floor. We had a power cut for 35 minutes! I have never stayed in a five star hotel with a power cut! My wife was in the shower when everything went dark and this was terrible experience! I have expressed my utmost unhappiness with the front desk! I wish the hotel had at least an emergency power system or something similar!」
