「This lovely motel was a surprising gem! I was warmly greeted by Ron, the owner/manager, who made me and my dog feel instantly welcome. The room was clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed and a tranquil view from the room's rear window to a green space and woods. This is exactly what motels should aspire to. Highly recommended!」

「Beautiful location! Every room has a lake view! The only thing that would make it better would be if each room had its own sectioned off balcony facing the water. We wanted the blinds open in the back to see the water but with it being a pet friendly hotel, other dogs and people walked right by our window. We had to keep the blinds closed for privacy and to keep our dog from barking. We loved the big lawn and the beautiful view!!」

「My stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty from the moment we arrived. I found three cockroaches during our stay—two in the bathroom and one in the room—which made me feel uncomfortable and anxious the entire time. I also found hair on both the pillow and the blanket, making me question whether the bedding had been cleaned properly. Because of the poor cleanliness, I couldn’t relax or sleep well. I was constantly worried about bugs, and it completely ruined the experience....

「The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to...

「The staff was great but the owner should put more money into their investment. Maintenance is lacking and amenities were very worn (microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater- rusty hot water, furniture). The tv is about 12 inches. If you are looking for a place to sleep it’s not so bad- but if you want a hot shower with clean water this is not the place for you.」
