「Helpful staff」

「We got there a little bit early and our room happened to be ready so that was nice. The gentleman who checked us in, Sonu, was very pleasant and friendly. I know we will be bringing our own pillows next time, as the ones there seemed to be feather pillows or similar and not what we are used too, but everything was clean and comfortable!」

「The view of the bay was nice. The staff was great. Excellent. Rooms were clean. The view in all of Munising is great so having at the hotel was not that necessary. Challenges were that the hotel lacks the "Fit and Finish" of a hotel that charges the prices that they are charging. For instance: There is no deadbolt or even a chain for locking the door. There is no onsite washer or dryer. The breakfast is not what is typical for a hotel of this price. I think there area other hotels that...
