「The hotel was well worn. We booked here because of location to Ishpeming and for that I would give it 5 stars. The breakfast was nice. We picked this hotel because of the pool. We were very disappointed because the pool and hot tub were closed upon our arrival. We were told it was being serviced. On the third day the pool was still closed but the hot tub was operating. 「Disappointed with breakfast bar which was very minimal, room coffee tasted terrible and breakfast bar coffee wasn’t much better. Having to get ice on first floor instead of the 2nd floor my room was on. A lot of noise outside my room above and in the hallway outside my room. Couldn’t figure out how to open and use the room safe. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way with night time street lights shining into the room right where I was trying to sleep.」

However, I made mistake on our booking and tried to fix it right away literally within 15 minutes after booking instead expedia and IHG pointed the finger at each other and neither were exactly helpful smh.
