「Bare light bulbs in bath. Shower had dirty mat. Floor not close to looking clean in shower area. Cheap spreads on beds. Was really glad to leave.」

Booked hotel for the night before I had to leave and still no breakfast. Asked about it and they said it’s under renovations. Mentioned that while booking it had breakfast included and he said he doesn’t know why it’s on there and maybe I should ask for a discount.」

But the person checking you in on this virtual check-in did call me back right away, so they must have caller ID.
