"The room was clean, and had abundant plugs for our devices. We didn't hear any noise from the rooms around us. The breakfast had good sausage and waffles, and bagels, and breads. The kids enjoyed the waterslide and the pool, though they said the pool was very cold. It was a convenient location for visiting the pictured rocks lakeshore. Overall, we would stay there again."

"The staff, especially the check in woman was not five star. The hotel is okay, you get what you pay for and we'd go back. Parking was a huge issue since they don't have enough places to acoomadate the number of rooms they have. Check in was...not great. I'd called ahead and requested a lower level room as we are in our 70s and my husband has cancer. We were told that they were full, no changing rooms and we were on the second floor. Period, End of discussion. I thought that was pretty rude, but hey. All in all, it was fine, just not superb."

"Beautiful setting and view of lake! Nice yard and patio space! Very clean outdoor area. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location close to town and Pictured Rocks cruise dock. Breakfast was okay."

"We were in the Mill Street lower and it was much larger and nicer than we were expecting. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice kitchen with a really nice fridge, but the water in the door didn't work. "
