"The entire property was well-maintained and welcoming. The lobby and shops were beautifully decorated for Christmas and even had a “Letters to Santa” station set up. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. You could not ask for a better centrally located area. We were blown away with this place for the price that we paid. "

"The food was really good. If I lived by there, I'd probably go back just for the food. The room was great. The desk clerk was the nicest one I've ever come across. The hot tub by the pool was a lifesaver after a day at Universal. They even projected movies on a screen (okay, it was like a bed sheet, but it worked really well) at the pools to entertain everyone."
