「Easy to find in an ideal location off the M25 near the M11 junction. Excellent parking, very clean room and bathroom (with bath). Staff could not have been more welcoming even though they might well have preferred to be somewhere else over Christmas. Dinner on Christmas Eve and breakfast on Christmas morning were first rate」

「A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. 」

Breakfast was of good quality and well presented again the staff was very organised and he helpful with the menu. Only thing I would recommend is better shower tap (one with thermostat). Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.」
