「I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

「This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth. The proprietor...

「雖然是一間小型酒店，但房間整潔舒適，附近有便利商店和少許食肆，還有巴士到市中心，真的很方便。酒店的房價不算特別便宜，但包了早餐，是半自助的，選擇不多，而且不會添加，反而它的即叫即煮早餐(都是免費的）就很豐富了，很飽肚啊！酒店職員也很友善，主動幫我把行李搬上二樓（可能我是女士，這裡又沒有電梯），我們有問題時，他又很樂意解答，因此我很滿意這酒店的服務。」

「The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. 」

「除了房間比較小外，其餘沒什麼可以挑剔，！！位置在火車站附近，不用托行李進入中心，但要參觀劍橋大學就需要走一段路；廚房24hr 可用，夏天可以看夕陽，不用趕著回去，不然回去再出門又是時間，但劍橋晚上比牛津寂靜，交誼廳很好可以讓你度過打發時間」
