"Great"

"The suite we had was spacious and clean, with two comfortable queen size beds, and a desk and sofa. A nice small variety of hot drink options (coffee/tea) and mini fridge in the room. In our suite (which was an accessibility one), the area with the sofa and desk was not really a separate room, so lighting from there would also affect someone in bed (unlike another hotel I have stayed at where in the suite there was a door between the sofa sitting area and the bed area. Airport shuttle was easy and prompt - departed the hotel each 1/2 hour (but get there 10 minutes early to make sure you catch it as it left a little early when we took it). Free breakfast was good. We enjoyed it more than some other hotels in the IAH airport area. "

"Staff was knowledgeable "

"The resort was great. Unfortunately our room neighbors weren’t. They were extremely loud all night long. Hotel security did the best they could to quiet them down. Unfortunately as soon as security would leave, the rowdy room was back at it. Margarittaville waived the resort fee for the inconvenience. I will be back. "

"Staff was very friendly.Food at the restaurant was delicious, ckean room, bed was soft I even got a chance to shoot a little pool upstairs."

"Property is in a perfect area with shops nearby. It’s nice and clean and staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable. I’d stay again for sure ."
