I booked this hotel to attend a concert with friends that lived near this hotel. Upon arrival, there were a few issues with checking in the young lady at the counter seem to be dealing with a few technical issues with the equipment. She was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The only issue I had was that the AC was dripping water onto the carpet making the floor wet. The property is very small, but it is a nice place to stay. The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby.

Super friendly staff and overall property was clean. It was just a bit rundown with stained carpets and a mildew smell masked with lots of scented cleaner. Also had super rowdy neighbors that could be heard thru the thin walls in the room next door till 3 Am.

Place was clean, some things didn’t work. I didn’t have a trash bucket, toilet wouldn’t flush great, and breakfast was not the greatest. Pool didn’t work it was not clean. Staff were really nice, air conditioning worked but then I couldn’t like shut it off. Room was clean.

The breakfast is minimal and all silverware is either plastic or cardboard style. At least they had some fruits and oatmeal porridge, but the fruit selection could use improvement as well as cutlery, eating porridge with a teaspoon is not that great. I augmented the selection by purchasing pineapple, strawberries and blueberries at Kroger as well as Almondmilk and none dairy yougurt. Staff is good and the place is clean and fresh. Location is good, but you need a car in Houston.

Good: The room was clean, staff very helpful, air conditioning worked well. Bad: The bathroom door literally screeched when you opened it, the room was musty smelling, the hallway stank of smoke our whole stay, and there were no carts anywhere to be found when we checked in.
