"The Heritage Inn and Suites exceeded my expectations. My room and rest of the hotel were extremely clean (one of my top priorities for a hotel). My room was very quiet and I felt safe being alone going to and from my car at night. The guest pantry instead of vending machines was a nice idea. I noticed my room was missing a safe which would have been nice to have but had no problems with any of my belongings being bothered. I did not get to try the hot breakfast so cannot review it. Overall, it was a very relaxing and comfortable place and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Important caveat - automated entry doors to the lobby LOCK if anyone is outside standing near them. I was locked inside and missed my shuttle because a boy was standing outside the lobby door. Even though the doors had emergency exit stickers, they could not be opened. Potentially dangerous situation"

"Was a great experience! Felt very welcomed. Love the complementary waters, & apples. Also loved my name on the tv screen when walking in. Very roomy, very cold which we loved. Definitely found our to go hotel for future trips"
