「Great breakfast in a stately dining room.」

「I was happy with my stay here The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a plus.」

「Expensive for the actual experience. No breakfast/coffee only. We are not coffee drinkers. Room was outdated and showed signs of wear. Fine if you're just in and out overnight and then on your way...but not comfortable for a longer stay.」

「I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.」

「Staff was amazing and very helpful and personable. They are lacking much signage to help you know where the Social Restaurant was or who to see for seating. There was a couple that was trying to go up the elevator who wanted to go to the restaurant upstairs and seemed confused, because there was no signage explaining how to get to it. Everything else was amazing and I would stay there again.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
