"The house has updated appliances, but not enough of the staples. There was no hand soap, no dish soap. There was only a single roll of toilet paper on hand and no extra trash bags. While walking to the parking spot we notice a hole we could have step in the previous night. It was deep and wide enough we could have gotten hurt. "

"The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Hot water was a problem. Very quiet neighborhood. Since you advertise a yard, there should be something of interest in it. Perhaps that happens outside the winter months. Excellent value."
