"The hotel is very weathered and worn. The room had hair all over the bathroom floors and carpet wasn’t very clean. While we were in the lobby 2 other separate guest left being very upset. We thought ok it’s bad but it’s just one night."

"When we first walked in the lobby was nice and clean it was it looked nice but soon as we got to the hallways it smelled like somebody peed all in the hallways it was trash everywhere I mean it was nasty but we understand that the housekeeping was cleaning or whatever I guess and then soon be walking our room and turn the lights on it was crumbs and hair and and and trash everywhere on the floor the bed was never changed and then so we went to the lobby to talk to the front desk and ask him if they can come clean our room and then we went to eat we was going for about an hour and a half two hours we come back the floor still haven't been vacuumed by anything the bathroom still had soap particles in the tub all they did was tuck the sheets back in and left so we called back down to the lobby they said they call housekeeping to clean it so we packed our bags and was ready to leave but they said can we please just change your room we said okay they changed our room we go to another room it was fine but the bathroom wasn't clean we would not stay here ever again and I do not recommend that place in and housekeeping stole my perfume"

"The place feels like a home. We loved it! Parking is so easy there is a lot of space. And free shuttle to the airport for guests!"

"I was not satisfied with the cleanliness. I also disliked the lack of communication regarding the renovations, as guests are left without water for most of the day and we weren't even informed about it at the time of booking or at check-in."

"I messaged them that I would have a very late check in and it was easy to check in when I arrived. I wish they would put a note somewhere that the lobby is not ground level but on the 3rd floor. I understand why they do this on the elevator but there has to be a more efficient way as the room key not always was detectable specially with luggage and kids in hand. Breakfast was good but messy not enough staff cleaning up behind people and also people not cleaning up after themselves. The room itself was clean and met our expectations."
