Reasonable for the price

No bed in our accommodation, only a very uncomfortable sofa to sleep on. No soundproofing from the street and especially from our bedroom neighbors. Useful parking space and clean apartment. Operating costs (180 USD) are 20 USD more than the price of the full two-night stay (140USD).
