「Had a nine hour drive , was a long day , booked online , was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who greeted me as I walk in , was given a very nice room upgrade for myself and my furson , the jacuzzi was an added bonus after a long drive Thank you for the great accommodation 」

「Room is too dark that you might need to bring a floor lamp to make it better. Other then that is front disk should present better on where is breakfast and what time it will be end? 」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

I will definitely be returning to this place to go to the Vetta Spa that’s right up the street! It’s only a 10 minute walk away! 「Every time we go to Barrie, we stay at the Fairfield hotel. It is very clean, we like the breakfast options, the service is great. And in a great location. I wish they still had the hot tub, but the pool was actually nice & warm. 」
