"Loved the minimalist style rooms"

"Wonderful property close to all the places that are downtown. They are pushy about booking the next stay at another property in the future which I thought was kinda of crazy and would have have been nice to have a person to book families with tours instead. I would have loved an easier way to order food for children at night on a menu. A lot of money I felt was spent by the hotel on just crap at night for kids. Then we still had to find a place to go eat with fussy tired kids or order door dash. The breakfast was great for the family. All and all it was a great time. Do not waste money on a rental car. You can Uber or taxi anywhere you want to go with a car load of kids and car seats way cheaper than renting a car and paying 77 dollars a day to park your car at the hotel over night. They quoted us 30 a day but that is street parking not hotel parking. Lots of hidden fees. I hopes this helps you out. "

"The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Location isn't super ideal but we made do."

"Front desk staff was very accommodating and super friendly - we arrived early and she checked us in then gave a call when our room was ready. Departing - we had a 6pm train and they kept our bags while we visited the zoo and other museums. Great not having to worry about our bags during the day. Highly recommend!"

"The room is very small. There is no fridge or microwave or snack store. The vending machine is limited but there is a Walgreens at the corner. Once the heater reaches your desired temperature the air comes on freezing you out and then the heater comes back on. The WiFi did not give me any trouble and the staff was polite. The elevator to the gym is also very slow. You should take the stairs. Also if you call Hilton Honors to confirm you’ll get your points and stay credit and they say yes. They are incorrect. I called 8 days before I booked to confirm and found out when I checked out that is incorrect. Room is perfect for 1-2 days if you’re just sleeping and changing clothes I gave the hotel a 4.5 because it’s just not my type of room but that’s just my preference the hotel would be perfect if you like micro mini. "
