"Our stay was great! The parking was very easy and convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. There were nice amenities like Gym, pool and hot tub to name some. Complimentary breakfast had a nice array of options. One morning I came down and the coffee was empty, an employee came right out and asked if I wanted coffee and informed me more was being brewed and would be available within 5 minutes. 5 minutes later she came up to me took my cup and filled it with coffee. The staff was awesome! The location of this hotel is great too with many place to eat and shop and highway 101 very close. Applebees was located in the same parking lot! We are definitely coming back!"

"Disappointing. Bathroom fan did not work, no shampoo, and luggage rack holder was broken. Looked like minimal renovations were done, mostly cosmetic. Very noisy! You could hear people upstairs walking around, sounded like a herd of elephants. Also housekeeping staff were loading up their carts, talking loud, and banging things around in the morning. So much for sleeping in. Do not recommend for the price."

"Roy at the reception desk greeted us & was very patient with me (I'm old & was tired from the travel). He smiled a lot & was very helpful. The room was neat and clean. I LOVED the bed and slept very well. Breakfast the next morning was pleasant. There was a buffet, but Jovani the cook made fresh eggs & potatoes for us. Again, everything was nice 7 clean."

"Sonoma Coast Villa was wonderful! Kendra and her staff are amazing and so helpful. We felt very cared for during our stay. The property is beautiful, our room was lovely, and there are a lot of amenities like pool, hot tub, movies at night, roasting s'mores, corn hole, putting green, pickle ball (court without the lines), cows to say "hi" to, spa treatments, and a delicious breakfast! We had told Kendra about our food allergies and she made sure to have ample options for us at breakfast. We really appreciated the wonderful service! Highly recommend! "
