"This was a very popular, efficient hotel in a convenient location. The room was small, but well planned. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide choice of Korean items, Seating Table was somewhat limited when I was there. The desk attendants were very helpful, and were able to speak English. They provided me with a map of the amazing subway system and identified the stops that I would need for my exploration of the city. The bus stop to arrive and depart for the Incheon Airport was just a 10 minute walk away. Many stores and restaurants are nearby."

"The rooms were very clean and well kept by the cleaning staff. Thank you for that service. Amazing job and thank you. I loved the laundry facilities so we could wash clothes. That was very convenient and inexpensive. The breakfast was superb - compliments to the chefs and staff. They were all so kind and amazing. Very attentive. The staff at reception and the gentleman in the taxi lobby were amazing. I think his name was Mr. Choo. Very helpful, understanding, great with directions and getting a visitor organized and on their way in a foreign country. All I can say is when I return, the Lotte will always be my first choice. Always and I highly recommend them. You all made the trip to Korea simply fantastic and you should be proud of your staff on all levels. The service as exceptional. A+++ for everything!"

"Very nice and friendly staff. They all lead with speaking English. A lot of non Koreans there. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast for a good spread. Gym is tiny - one chest press, dumbbells, two treadmills, water bubbler. Rooms relatively small but nicely furnished. Best water pressure in shower. Would recommend but on the pricier side"

"The hotel was in an excellent location that made it easy to get to via the Metro and also easy to walk to many of the sights around. Many other aspects of the room and facilities were excellent. The 2 things preventing this being a 5 star review were the breakfast which was good but without a huge choice and was not replenished as much as we would expect, and the layout of the suite which was quite cramped with too few lights and sockets and a bizarrely placed tv."

"First of all the location is perfect! Close to all the main attractions, metro and bus stations! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was impeccably cleaned every day, the view was amazing!! Breakfast was good but almost the same every day, some changes would be nice. One negative element though.. We were a couple and out 11 year old daughter and there was only one bed and it was not even king. It was barely comfortable but we managed..."

"Good location, Connected to duty Free shop and Lotte Dept store, Clean rooms although old hotel the renovation was done nicely. Only thing lacks lounge, bar area, they have a small corner that opens late, shut down being a lounge to serve lunch or dinner, I had to walk to next Hotel for a Coffey."
