"I was only passing through. The hotel has a nice view of the lake. It definitely needs some investment, but it was clean and comfortable in the room and the price was right for a short stay. "

"At first glance the rooms look a little run down BUT because the walls are cement block (nicely painted, not bare) this place is quiet! I've never heard anything from adjacent rooms or even the highway nearby. Also a wonderful and safe walking trail just a few hundred yards from the motel, so a great place to stop with my dog who needs lots of exercise. The toilets flush really well, too, no plugging up. And it's family run. I'm happy to forgo something fancier to support a family run business."

"What a wonderful stay as far as the condo comfort in every level, cleanliness, locations close by to dine and go to the theater. Couple blocks from Seneca Lake with a nice walkable park. Would definitely stay again. "
