"The Oberoi property is well maintained and has the charm of old days which may be off putting for some folks but we like the hotels that maintain the service and aesthetics rather than modern built. Staff is very well trained and polite. The food is excellent with great Indian selection which helped us as we were travelling with parents and the taste buds were well suited :) The only downside is the beach area around the property is bit dirty which obviously is not in the hands of the hotel but given the premium property and the number of staff, it would not be a bad idea to do community cleanup for the beach patch around hotel. "

"Loved my latest stay at Potato Head. It always feels so great to return to Bali where they say ‘Welcome home’. Did most of my favorite things…I love their Merasa programs…such a great way to plug back into what matters in life, meditation with Kim, meeting with the traditional healer Devi, Light Sound Vibration with Kat, great food at all their restaurants, but most of all Fysh who always sets everything up for us so it all runs so perfectly. I cant wait to return in June for their Merasa event and getting to see Erykah Badu. I always look forward to returning to Potato Head!!"

"Amazing place! Free yoga twice a day (8am and 4pm) with the fabulous instructor, Manda. Breakfasts had great variety, coffee, and pastries. Pool was clean and enjoyable. We didn’t have a lagoon room that opens directly onto the pool, which was fine (although if you can afford those rooms, they look great). The staff and service was impeccable. Only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the eco-friendly aspects, like refillable drinking water options, less packaging on bathroom products, etc. "

"Not the nicest area of Bali, but the hotel and its staff are great. Room was comfortable and facilities are good. Pool and common areas are a bit dated but clean and sound. Highlight was the friendly, professional and helpful staff - amazing individuals. Good value for the price. I would stay again, and recommend to others. "

"The staff was terrific and very understanding. My luggage was delayed, so the spa allowed me to shower and get a much-needed massage after my 23-hour flight from the US. The entire staff was excellent!! A special shout out to the staff who got me into a room much earlier than 3 pm; thank you, Roos, thank you again. The airport pick-up went smoothly too. I will definitely return!!"
