「這間旅館非常地吵，讓人整夜都無法入睡，不只樓下有酒吧，他們還在旅館中間設置卡拉ok，且房間毫無隔音設備，我住了2晚都有人唱歌唱到2：00PM，幾乎整個旅館都可以非常清楚聽到他們大聲唱歌，且旅館早上7：00AM又開始裝修，所以說住在他們旅館的房客機乎整晚都不得安眠。 期間即便和旅館反應數次，員工的態度都不是很好，不願意制止唱歌的人，也不願意幫我換到較安靜的房間，他們完全不想幫你解決問題，是我目前遇過最糟糕的住宿經驗，這樣的住宿完全不值得花錢。」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「Hotel is convenience and rarely free parking nearby Center of Liverpool One (10 mins walk). Famous fast food shops (McDonald and KFC) just located opposite to the hotel.」

「A small dining room but elegantly decorated, high-class just the English breakfast. Location a few blocks from the police station and in middle of a vibrant town. Best are the staffs who are kind, helpful and professional.」

「The beds were comfortable, clean towels daily.Tea,coffee biscuits in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent so much choice. The hotel was in a convenient location just 2 mins from the bus station and across the way from the Albert Dock. Would highly recommend. 」
