「This is the place to stay in New Smyrna. We felt at home and at ease from the moment we walked in. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The location is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it it also feels like an intimate setting. The breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. Highly recommend.」

「We enjoyed quiet and peaceful evenings. We drove onto the beach during the daytime and spent our days there. The room was well kept and well decorated (reminded me of visiting my grandma's home in San Diego as a child--coastal/ mid century Dutch). Bedding, temperature control, shower, etc. were all great. Breakfast wasn't "wow" food like the photos show, but it was fresh cooked and we enjoyed getting to sit at the kitchen bar. The staff was friendly and helpful during our entire stay.」

「This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious...

「This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. 」

「Decent place to stay for the money」

「Perfect little hotel on the beach! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The pool was well maintained as well as having a beautiful beachfront view from the pool deck! Nice little private balcony with two chairs and a little table with the side view of the ocean, which was still nice! The staff were amazing and the manager Nell was awesome, they really make you feel welcomed! We were even able to check in early and that was a blessing! Overall, the whole place was great, except one...
