Expedia reservation excellent. Room was perfect. Hotel staff excellent. Attended the New Years Eve party...meal was excellent, bar service horrible..they should open their other bar inside casino & more bartenders for a crowd that big! 2nd year we attended this event ..buffet excellent, band excellent ...

The premises is getting old, might need renovation soon. The area is convenient with lots of restaurants around, of course Markham not a very vibrant area by all means, but its still very accessible. The staff has been helpful, and overall it’s a good stay.
