「Parking」

「I initially booked this hotel for 4 nights, but ended up extending my stay to 8 — and honestly, I would have stayed even longer. I stay in a lot of hotels and tend to be fairly picky, but this was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the free breakfast each morning, the 24-hour coffee bar, free parking, and the ample EV chargers available...

「Very comfortable and welcoming place! A real hidden gem not too far away from the city. The house and property and gorgeous, the breakfast is big and delicious, and the programs that they run are great. I attended a Reiki circle that I found very helpful and relaxing. The shiatsu massage chairs are also excellent. I would return and I will recommend Rising Star!」

「The room was clean. The staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. The heat was super loud even on low. We asked for more shampoo and conditioner and they must have forgotten about us. Someone must have blown a breaker. We were out of power in the morning for an hour. Just as I was getting ready for work. Very frustrating as it made me late. Not a nice way to start my day.」

「Love our stay」

「The Kent Inn is a good choice if you’re just looking for a decent place to sleep. The rooms are clean and large; a desk, fridge microwave and even a table & chairs are provided. The location is great for access to things you need with ample parking available. The Kent Inn really needs a makeover with some new, modern light fixtures, fresh tiles in the bathrooms. In dire need of a refresh. A completely acceptable place to stay if you’re not looking for modern decor and want to save a few bucks.」

「The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.」

「Location was very good near to highway 401 staff was very good but the room was not good after closed all the curtains to much light was coming in the room and bed was very old and not comfortable we couldn't sleep even 3 hours on that bed」
