"Bathrooms in the casino dirty Bedroom bathroom smelled moldy and no amenties: shower caps"

"Room and hallways were despicable dirty. Carpets were nor vacuumed since building was opened. Hotel manager was hostile and rude. Front desk staff just waved you off without words. Walking on the carpet in the room was like walking on sand. Pieces of paper and cramps were on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. Hotel manager thought it was excerptible condition. At breakfast water brought me cautery wrapped in napkin that had oil stains and remnants of someone else breakfast. When I asked her for clean cutlery, she was offended by my request. Again hotel manager didn’t see anything wrong with dirty dishes or the conditions of the property. Be ware of dirt."

"The property is good, staff were nice, and parking was good too. However, it's not good that the room does not have a refrigerator. I was told to pay $20 to get one. but somehow, a lady (senior i believe) gave it to me as a complimentary. Secondly, the pillows were way too soft like baby pillows. A request to get an extra for support was turned down on the grounds that the cleaners already left. Third, not a single bottle of water was placed in the room as i havd to go and buy at the canadian Tyre nearby. Third, even AirbnB gives tea or coffee, but here, you must come downstairs to the reception to make one. Same thing applies if you want hot water. Sad to see that it's a central microwave close to the reception that is available. Nothing in the room. "

"Stayed one night in 2 queen beds with roll-in accessible shower. Room appeared clean and spacious with microwave, mini fridge, large screen TV. Being disabled, I am always concerned about the bathroom and how user friendly it is to me. Loved the large, backlit mirror, with large, rectangle, modern sink and countertop. The toilet was a very comfortable raised height. The roll-in shower had a bench, plus a fixed shower head or a handheld shower with two large safety grab bars. The only drawback to the roll-in shower was trying to contain the water from the shower from going all over the bathroom floor. I laid a couple towels down, but they got soaked. I felt pretty safe in the bathroom. I have great difficulty slerping in a bed due to severe spine issues. I sleep in a recliner chair at home. I wish there were recliners in the rooms, so if someone has great difficulty slerping in the bed, they could lie in the recliner. Overall, I loved the room and would definitely stay here again."
