"The hotel offers nice, clean rooms, and we loved the breakfast. It is located in downtown with many options of dining around. One thing we haven’t been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldn’t request one because we've booked the room through a third party. "Great property which was close to Great American Ballpark and the Taft Theatre which were the two reasons I traveled to Cincinnati—I got in at 1am and they were very accommodating at the front desk—I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was very, which was welcomed after a 16 hour travel day—I originally had a reservation at another property but they lost my reservation and I had to scramble last minute (1am) and these folks were more than welcoming to me—thanks"
