"From the moment I stepped from my car, my stay was pleasant. The people at the valet were so sweet and helpful. The ladies at the check-in desk were absolutely wonderful. The housecleaning could not have been better. The shout though, goes to the restaurant service. While the food was not my cup of tea, it was fine - but the real shout out was to our bartender who overheard me say that the refrigerator didn't work. Not only did he give us water to go to our room, he told the manager who sent someone up to check (replace if need be). We would have never complained because the frig not getting cold is a common issue with hotels. From the time we arrived until the time we left we were treated so well! We want to stay there every time we come into town!"
