Great location. They are remodeling which affected the evening social hour. And the current lounge area for breakfast was a bit dated and also not spacious enough. However, they appear close to having remodel finished. It will be really nice. Wonderful hotel at great price.

I love how spacious the suite was, it was just enough room for my family and the staff was really nice. The issues I had was. The kitchen sink was stopped up which was definitely needed with a toddler and a family. I called guests services, but they never could get maintenance to come. They offered to switch rooms which was a huge inconvenience traveling with a child and after sanitizing everything. The lamp in the bedroom near the window did not work. The door handle fell off the closet door when pulling it, almost hitting my foot. The night of our stay the bathroom lights would not come on even after hitting the main switch and we had to use the bathroom in the dark. I asked for compensation as far as parking or something, they refused. I never got a call back from management. The only thing that was removed was my request for late check out because i checked out at normal time.

Great location. Comfy bed. Would have given 5 stars overall but we never got our room serviced and had to request towels, coffee, etc. But they were good about bringing the items to us.

This is in reality two hotels which operate as one. Homewood suites hotel lobby and support is non existent. Everything is actually at the Hampton inn hotel which is connected . Check in was horrible you had to basically holler to get someone to check us in. Parking is additional $40 per day. Breakfast again horrible same as a low cost hotel. Quality bad however the support lady at breakfast was great. Checking out trying to get our car delivered was impossible. Noone available. We ended up getting a person from another hotel to get our car. Valet was non existent never stay there again
