「We had a great stay at Rainbow Ranch Lodge and loved the beautiful setting!! It felt like we almost had the entire place to ourselves, which made it very peaceful and relaxing. The only downside was the breakfast experience, which felt a bit dry, and a few moments when service was delayed because staff were chatting with other guests. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d gladly return. 」

「对于滑雪的人，这个酒店地理位置是最好的。但是不满意的是，酒店明明有两层的停车位，却不让住宿的客人停车，客人必须把车停在很远的地方，要走路十分钟再回到酒店。你可以使用Valet 停车，但你需要为此多付$35/天，但事实上，Valet的停车场就在酒店的停车场！即使是在淡季，没有什么客人了，到处都是空的停车位，他们也不会让你停车，你必须停在最远的停车场！我们住了三天，每天$1000 ，居然没有room service，我们专门请求room service，可是还是没有，他们只是送过来一些毛巾而已。我们打电话想要order foods，可是没人接电话，打了很多遍，也没人接电话。最后，晚上出门一定要小心，因为有狼，就在门口溜达，每天晚上。」
