Everything was pretty perfect. My room was missing the remote, but I simply requested one, & had it within minutes. The room was clean, sized well, & very comfortable. Parking was easy, convenient, & the valet staff were on point. Hotel was centrally located for all the things I had planned & I even ran into the Asian Food Festival while there. I had a great time.

The staff was very helpful when it came to us requesting an early check-in. However, the room we originally requested was not yet ready. They gave us another room that was ready but the room happen to be an interior room overlooking the atrium. The atrium was VERY echoey and the noise level was very loud well into the night. It made it very difficult to sleep. If I were to stay here again, I would make sure to get an exterior room.

The entire stay was great. Valet staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, the coffee shop and onsite bar were both very clean and welcoming. Morning coffee and nightly cocktails were well-crafted and fairly priced. We really appreciated the kindness of the bar staff, the conversation and attention to detail made for a wonderful end to our evening.

The property was immaculate- I did not visit the bar so I don’t have any ratings for that. I did frequent the coffee shop The Kidd and the staff was phenotypes to mention the prices. They were from the early 2000s!!!!👍👍 The staff Patrick, Micheal and Trina were the best!!

Don't stay here. The only redeeming qualities weee the pillows and the bartenders. Hallways were dirty, two paper coffee cups in plastics were the only things to drink from. When we asked for glasses they gave us more paper cups. They did not make up the room. Had to ask for them to make up the room the next day and it was only half cleaned. The bed was partially made. I took a picture and went to the front desk. The manager was too busy to speak to me. We travel a great deal and when we pay for a Curio hotel we expect a certain level of care at the hotel. We did NOT receive that at all. We were greatly disappointed. I would recommend this hotel at all. It is clearly not managed well and is not worth the money you pay to stay there.
