「Employees need to wear a uniform. Most didn't speak English and you didn't know they were staff until they started working on . Front desk staff was excellent. Pancake machine was broken 3 of the 4 days we stayed. 」

「The entire staff did a wonderful job. The food and service at Bennigan’s was delightful. The snow removal team did a wonderful job with the storm. My wife is an amputee and is in a scooter and with only one leg if she slips on snow, she wouldn’t be able to get back up without calling an ambulance and so it would be great if the shoveling team which you did an awesome job spent time in the area of the handicap parking making sure that there was no snow or ice in the handicap parking anywhere....
