「Is this the most amazing hotel you will ever stay in? Of course not. But if you want a nice comfortable room on a quiet clean property for an affordable price, this works really well. The room was just as pictured. Everything worked well...air conditioning, refrigerator and shower (hot water and good water pressure). If you just need a place to hang your head at night, you'd can't do much better. Also, the breakfast was better than most at comparable hotels. I feel like whoever is managing this...

「We stayed for 4 nights while my daughter was participating in a national competition. I booked this hotel without much research, but I’m so glad I did — it turned out to be the perfect choice. The staff were incredibly friendly, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The pool was excellent, and we enjoyed it every single day.」

「Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast choices and all for a low rate. We travel to Des Moines several times a year and usually stay downtown but I think this will be our new go to place it saves us $100 a night plus its only a 15 minute drive to the downtown area. 」
